Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and drives revenue growth.
- Lead product development initiatives from ideation to launch, leveraging user insights, market trends, and the latest technology developments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure maximum product success.
- Build and lead a high-performance product team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay at the forefront of the payments industry and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and drive product innovation and adoption.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launches and adoption among targeted audiences.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on product performance, leveraging insights from data analytics and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience in the payments or Fintech industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience developing and launching products in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
